The Directorate of SZABISTZABTech (iTVE) in collaboration with the Government of Sindh and IsDB, invites sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms/consortia to conduct a Baseline Study aiming for women empowerment through Skill development benefitting 6000 women across 30 districts of Sindh.</p><p><br>
Scope of Services includes:</p><p></p><ul><li><br>
Develop a detailed methodology that accounts for the geographic diversity of 30 districts (coastal, urban, desert, peri-urban).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Propose a sampling strategy ensuring statistical representativeness at the provincial level and, where feasible, at the regional/divisional level.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) &amp; Key Informant Interviews (KIIs)</li></ul>
<ul><li>District-level skills gap analysis</li></ul>
<ul><li>Data analysis and baseline indicators development</li></ul>
<ul><li>Preparation of draft and final baseline reports</li></ul><p><br>
