Scope of Services includes:</p>
<ul>
<li><p>Land assessment and support in land acquisition</p>
</li>
<li><p>Architectural and engineering design</p>
</li>
<li><p>Preparation of drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ)</p>
</li>
<li><p>Cost estimation and tender documentation</p>
</li>
<li><p>Technical support for contractor selection</p>
</li>
<li><p>Construction supervision and quality assurance</p>
</li>
<li><p>Monthly progress reporting and final completion report</p>
</li>
