Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is central to building and executing an integrated, digitally optimized marketing and public relations strategy that fuels awareness, drives qualified demand, and strengthens our position as a market leader in sustainable, fire-retardant wood products.This is a high-impact opportunity to lead marketing in a rapidly scaling organization where your work directly influences industry perception, investor interest, and customer acquisition. We are looking for a marketing leader with the creativity of a storyteller, the precision of a strategist, the discipline of an SEO-minded content architect, and the drive of an entrepreneur.Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Marketing Strategy &amp; Execution</li><li>Develop and execute an integrated digital-first marketing plan aligned with T2EARTH&rsquo;s growth objectives and brand mission.</li><li>Oversee all online and offline marketing initiatives including SEO-driven content, paid campaigns, website optimization, social media, trade shows, and events.</li><li>Leverage analytics tools to track performance, refine campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.</li><li>Public Relations &amp; Brand Building</li><li>Serve as brand steward, ensuring consistent, SEO-optimized messaging across all platforms.</li><li>Build strong relationships with trade media, industry analysts, and key influencers.</li><li>Craft and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces, and case studies that elevate T2EARTH&rsquo;s profile.</li><li>Communications Leadership</li><li>Oversee internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.</li><li>Partner with the CEO on investor communications, speeches, and presentations.</li><li>Ensure all messaging reflects the company&rsquo;s sustainability mission, commercial impact, and digital search visibility goals.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>Partner with Sales to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and revenue goals.</li><li>Work with Product Development to communicate innovation and differentiation to the market.</li><li>Collaborate with HR to support recruitment marketing for top-tier talent acquisition.</li></ul>Direct ReportsInitially, this is a hands-on leadership role without direct reports.
