Job Summary:
T2 Tech Group is seeking an experienced Agile IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of Epic EMR systems and healthcare operations. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact technology projects, particularly within Epic environments, including implementation, optimization, and system enhancements. 
This role will require strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, the ability to manage fast-moving deliverables, and the interpersonal finesse to work with both technical and clinical stakeholders across various departments. Ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience with Epic modules and understand the nuances of healthcare IT and operational workflows. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Epic-related project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile project management principles.</li><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives.</li><li>Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.</li><li>Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project success.</li><li>Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices.</li><li>Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.</li><li>Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain T2 Tech&rsquo;s reputation for excellence in delivery.</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Epic EMR-related projects.</li><li>Solid understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, or others.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).</li><li>Proven experience leading Agile teams in a healthcare or consulting environment.</li><li>Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage competing priorities.</li><li>Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience in healthcare IT environments, especially with provider organizations like hospitals or health systems.</li></ul> 
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile/PM certification.</li><li>Previous consulting experience with healthcare IT or digital transformation.</li><li>Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).</li><li>Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare integration standards.</li><li>Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business terms for non-technical audiences.</li></ul>
