Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development:o Identify and acquire new clients within the MICE and Events industry.o Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and eventplanners.o Develop strategies to expand the company's market presence and penetrate keysegments.2. Sales Management:o Drive sales growth by achieving individual and team revenue targets.o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.o Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions for MICE events,including conferences, incentive travel, exhibitions, and corporate meetings.3. Client Engagement:o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communicationand service delivery.o Conduct negotiations, close deals, and oversee contract finalization.o Maintain a deep understanding of client preferences to deliver high-qualityexperiences.4. Market Intelligence:o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities inthe MICE and Events domain.o Leverage insights to fine-tune strategies and enhance service offerings.Key Requirements:&#61623; Proven experience of 6 years plus in sales and business development within the MICE andEvents industry.&#61623; Strong network within the industry, having worked with leading MICE players in Mumbai orGurgaon.&#61623; Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust andrapport.&#61623; A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.&#61623; Proficiency in creating client-centric proposals and managing complex negotiations.&#61623; Self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,750.37 - &#8377;63,346.82 per monthWork Location: In person
