Byrd&rsquo;s Heating &amp; Air is growing, and we are building a team of Install Leads who set the standard, not follow it.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs an HVAC Install Lead, you are responsible for running residential system installations from start to finish &mdash; with quality, efficiency, and professionalism.Your role is to:✔ Lead Installations the Right Way Run the job from arrival to completion &mdash; set expectations, manage the crew, and deliver a clean final product.✔ Execute Full System Replacements Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, duct modifications, venting, and electrical.✔ Own Quality &amp; System Performance Airflow, proper setup, commissioning, and making sure the system actually performs &mdash; not just turns on.✔ Manage the Jobsite Clean work. Organized installs. Protect the homeowner&rsquo;s space. Represent the company professionally.✔ Develop Your Team Train apprentices and junior installers. Set the pace.
