TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience.The individual selected will be responsible for:<ul><li>Performing sweeping, scrubbing, and buffing of floors in a retail store environment.</li><li>Maintaining a clean and orderly janitorial closet.</li><li>Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.</li></ul>Skills and requirements necessary include:<ul><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Willingness to work late night or early morning shifts.</li><li>Capable of working productively under minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to problem solve and work well with others.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service.</li><li>Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment.</li><li>Previous janitorial experience desired but not required.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: In person
