Location: This position will be based out of our Fishers, IN office. 
Job Summary:

We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience across several HR disciplines, offering exposure to both the strategic and operational aspects of human resources while providing unique exposure to the construction industry. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support strategic HR projects focused on improving processes and enhancing employee experiences.</li>
<li>Conduct research and assist with process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide support for various HR programs and projects across the department.</li>
<li>Participate in the planning and execution of employee and intern engagement events.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns.</li>
<li>Assist with talent sourcing and provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.</li>
<li>Participate in job site visits with other interns and project teams to learn about field operations and the construction process.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Eager to learn and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li></ul>
