We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. This role is crucial for assessing our company&rsquo;s financial health and providing strategic recommendations for improvements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze financial performance and identify key trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.</li><li>Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management and stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve business operations.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate key financial ratios, such as profitability, liquidity, and efficiency metrics.</li><li>Work closely with the accounting and operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy.</li><li>Provide financial modeling and forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making.</li><li>Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.</li><li>Support in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Master's in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/ACCA, MBA Finance).</li><li>Proven experience (4+ years) in financial analysis, performance reporting, and financial modelling. Preferably from Big 6 audit firm experience.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and financial ratios.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>ACCA/CA (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Total: 4 to 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>4 to 5 Years Firm Experience (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: KarachiJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
