Job Overview 
The End User Support (EUS) Technician works onsite providing tier 1 and tier 2 desktop support for the continuous, effective operation of systems in the Regional Business Offices, Call Centers, and Retail and affiliate locations for the T-Mobile US Enterprise ensuring connectivity and providing extraordinary customer service in a prompt and professional manner. Systems they will be supporting includes PC's, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobile solutions, POS peripherals, digital displays, network, and voice infrastructure. 
 
The role of the Technician is to bring technical support and IMAC to the end user systems across the enterprise. Technicians help create and follow processes created for the services provided by EUS working with Sr. technicians to build and refine technical skills as required. Must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Must also have experience and working knowledge of Operating Systems, workstations, servers, and networks. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are needed along with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment contributing to the national support team.
Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 onsite and remote support to resolve Incidents, Problems, and Requests.</li><li>
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve issues with end user systems, approved software OS and applications, networked, wireless, phones, headsets, and/or printing systems.</li><li>
Implement, replace, and decommission systems. Provide training on new systems as needed.</li><li>
Participate and provide input to problem management process and knowledge management system</li><li>
Managing and working through escalations from inside or outside the EUS organization, including resolution documentation and follow up.</li><li>
Project related tasks including but not limited to equipment installs, moves, changes, decommissioning of hardware as well as providing onsite smart-hands, store builds, and other project-related tasks.</li><li>

Leading a team of 3 analysts, the Senior Manager of TFB Revenue Analytics is responsible for delivering analysis and insights on the performance of T-Mobile for Business products and channels, with a focus on revenue growth across the TFB base. They will be responsible for performing deep dives on each product within the TFB portfolio &ndash; understanding sales drivers, inflows and outflows, survival rates, offer performance, base rate plan migrations, and key trends with respect to the various channels where those products are sold. They will work cross-functionally with partner teams on acquisition, retention, and marketing/sales operations teams to understand what is working to drive growth and revenue performance, and to find opportunities for improvement. And they will work closely with Product teams and leaders across TFB, bringing quantitative product and revenue analysis forward to improve product offerings and to drive data-informed decisions. 
 
The successful candidate will communicate with senior executives and business team counterparts, providing explanations for how products and channels are performing relative to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue commitments. This includes delivering commentary on the performance of recent offers and launches, providing a clear perspective on the volume of incremental vs. intrinsic activity being driven by T-Mobile promotions, assessing variances from business case expectations, and understanding how performance trends roll forward into future-facing revenue forecasts. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining meticulous analytical standards, ensuring the quality of outputs for the team, and for proactively delivering ideas that materially impact T-Mobile&rsquo;s top and bottom lines. 
 
This leader will work cross-functionally with business partners and data teams to maintain and deliver against a queue of revenue-focused analytical requests. They will manage the resources of the team, clearly communicating the roadmap and ETA for deliverables, and establishing prioritizations based on potential impact to the business.

Your Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of demonstrated experience leading a high performing analytical team</li><li>
Solid understanding of analytical methodologies, including time-series analysis, statistical modeling (hypothesis testing, causal modeling, data mining), and optimization</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and executive presence &ndash; able to produce consulting-quality PowerPoint presentations with exacting standards</li><li>

Reporting to the Senior Manager of TFB Revenue Analytics, the Senior Business Strategist is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth across the T-Mobile for Business base. This role leads complex, driver-based analysis across TFB products and segments, supports weekly variance reporting against the TFB revenue forecast, and develops insights and business cases for new revenue growth opportunities. 
 
The Senior Business Strategist will work cross-functionally with acquisition, retention, product, and marketing/sales operations partners to identify and size initiatives and share actionable insights and recommendations with senior leaders. They will bring forward rigorous, quantitative revenue analysis to inform product and channel strategies and facilitate data-informed decision-making across TFB.
