Agreements with Developers<ul><li>Conclude and renew contracts with property developers.</li><li>Monitor contract validity periods and prepare renewal documentation.</li></ul>Commissions from Developers<ul><li>Track and collect developer commissions.</li><li>Maintain accurate commission records and confirm receipts with the accounting team.</li><li>Monitor deal passports.</li></ul>Broker Support &amp; Contract Work<ul><li>Prepare and verify Forms A, B, F.</li><li>Check broker documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Archive and store contract copies.</li></ul>Administrative Support for Brokers<ul><li>Prepare certificates, powers of attorney, and other supporting documents.</li></ul>Clerical Work &amp; Document Flow<ul><li>Maintain company archives (contracts, invoices, acts).</li><li>Ensure proper preparation of incoming and outgoing documentation.</li></ul>Interaction with Government Authorities<ul><li>Prepare and submit documents to DLD, RERA, Trakheesi, and other agencies.</li><li>Handle requests and obtain required certificates.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Monitor office payments (rent, utilities, subscriptions).</li><li>Prepare invoices for partners/clients and handle receipts/deposit refunds.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous administrative or office management experience in the real estate sector preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations (DLD/RERA) is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
