Reports To: Corporate Controller 
Position Summary: The FP&amp;A team is a key asset in the future growth of HOST. This individual will be responsible for the Company&rsquo;s monthly financial reporting and forecasting, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
<ul>
<li>Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures.</li>
<li>Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance</li>
<li>Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling Tools</li>
<li>Ad-hoc reporting and analysis</li>
<li>Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies</li>
<li>Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Prepare presentations</li>
<li>Analyze complex financial information and reports in order to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management</li>
<li>Support leadership with in-depth analysis</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or other related course of study</li>
<li>Minimum five years of professional-level FP&amp;A experience</li>
<li>Working knowledge of financial analysis best practices</li>
<li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Presentation skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in business math</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure
</li><li>Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized</li>
