<div>General Purpose :

The Web &amp; Growth Marketing Specialist assists with the day-to-day management of the TPx website while supporting broader lead generation and growth efforts across channels. This role blends technical expertise with marketing execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Website Management &amp; SEO
<ul>
<li>Maintains and updates the TPx Wordpress website (Elementor builder) making both front-end and back-end changes.</li>
<li>Implements modern SEO best practices to improve visibility and traffic.</li>
<li>Monitors site performance, troubleshoots issues, and ensures pages are optimized for performance, speed, and user experience</li>
<li>Works with teams across Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve UX, align brand and messaging, and drive more conversions.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Execution
<ul>
<li>Supports management and execution of paid media campaigns (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn Ads) and helps optimize performance.</li>
<li>Helps build and launch ABM programs using ZoomInfo MarketingOS and SalesOS.</li>
<li>Contributes to integrated campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels</li>
</ul>
Analytics and Reporting
<ul>
<li>Utilizes tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and Google Search Console to monitor site, SEO and campaign performance.</li>
<li>Assists in setting up and maintaining reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and surfacing actionable insights with actionable insights.</li>
<li>Conducts A/B tests to fine-tune messaging, creative, and design choices.</li>
</ul>
Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Supports growth goals and campaign execution.</li>
<li>Partners with Marketing and Sales to deliver campaigns that are strategically aligned and drive results.</li>
<li>Stays curious and informed about new tools, trends, and AI applications that could improve how we work.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Required Qualifications:

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a digital marketing role, with hands-on experience managing Wordpress websites and running campaigns.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; ability to troubleshoot and edit front-end code</li>
<li>Solid experience using SEO and analytics tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, and Looker Studio</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity etc.) to accelerate website development, SEO enhancements, content generation, keyword research, and streamline campaign reporting and optimization workflows.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.</li>
<li>Strong communicator, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li>
</ul>
Other Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in the MSP (managed service provider) space preferred.</li>
<li>Experience using ZoomInfo, ZoomInfo MarketingOS, Elementor, and Pardot preferred.</li>
<li>Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, SEO, or related technologies are a plus</li>
<li>Bonus if you've worked with JavaScript or modern frameworks like React or Vue, or have experience with back-end technologies</li>
