<ul><li>Reports to Head of Accounts and supervises Account Assistants &amp; Tally Operator.</li><li>Responsible for verifying transactions, approving payments, and ensuring accurate documentation.</li><li>Monitors trip expenses, diesel allocations, and petty cash across divisions.</li><li>Performs daily and weekly bank reconciliations, prepares budgets, and reviews debtor ledgers.</li><li>Handles vendor payments, reconciliations, and resolves queries with departments.</li><li>Prepares trial balance, monthly reports, GST filings, driver salaries, and TDS workings.</li><li>Ensures proper filing of documents, reconciles debtors/creditors, and validates entries.</li><li>Supports quarterly audits, vendor reconciliations, and updates asset registers.</li><li>Assists in year-end financial reporting, statutory audits, and finalization of ledgers.</li><li>Maintains compliance by archiving records and overseeing reconciliations across firms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
