Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination<ul><li>Communicate with Store, E-com, Marketing, Inventory, Accounting, and Repairing departments.</li><li>Take daily updates and ensure tasks are completed.</li><li>Follow up with team members until work is done.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Trackers<ul><li>Maintain daily/weekly trackers.</li><li>Prepare MIS reports.</li><li>Prepare stock, sales, repairing, and employee performance reports.</li></ul>Process &amp; SOP Monitoring<ul><li>Ensure all departments follow correct SOPs.</li><li>Identify gaps and highlight mistakes.</li><li>Help implement new processes.</li></ul>Issue Escalation<ul><li>Raise red flags when:</li><li>Tasks are missed</li><li>Data is incorrect</li><li>Stock mismatch</li><li>Customer complaints increase</li><li>Provide solutions, not just problems.</li></ul>General Support<ul><li>Assist management in planning and strategy.</li><li>Ensure professional communication across departments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business analysis: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi, Gujarati (Preferred)</li></ul>
