Role Summary: The Packing &amp; Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all packing and inventory management functions within the company. This includes ensuring the smooth management of events, managing the packing, inventory &amp; related logistics, packing for events, maintaining office cleanliness, and coordination between departments to ensure that event needs are met.Key Responsibilities:1. Packing Team Management<ul><li>Foster a positive work environment by maintaining team engagement and morale.</li><li>Timely report and address team challenges and operational bottlenecks.</li><li>Ensure the team operates efficiently and meets deadlines.</li></ul>2. Packing &amp; Event Logistics<ul><li>Ensure all materials for events, such as dry ice, LN2, flowers, chocolates, prints, and gifts have been ordered by team members on time.</li><li>Ensure the timely dispatch of materials and set up for events.</li></ul>3. Reporting and Tracking<ul><li>Track packing &amp; event-related logistics, working closely with the procurement and delivery manager.</li><li>Create weekly packing schedules and ensure accuracy in material dispatch.</li><li>Manage the in-and-out processes for events to ensure accurate tracking of event performance.</li><li>Create daily and weekly packing report</li></ul>4. Packing Management:<ul><li>Calendar Coordination: Add packing requests received from the sales team to the calendar and plan packing timelines accordingly.</li><li>Team Allocation: Allocate tasks to the packing team, provide them with packing lists, and ensure all materials are packed in advance for upcoming events.</li><li>Quality Control: Check the packing process and ensure there are no errors or missing materials before dispatch.</li><li>Packing List Updates: Regularly update packing lists based on event requirements or changes in materials.</li></ul>5.
