Position Summary 
We are seeking a creative and proficient Mid-Level Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage and assets into compelling, high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our target audience across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in the post-production process, from initial assembly to final delivery, ensuring every project meets our high standards of creativity and technical excellence.

What will you do:

<li>Edit and produce a wide range of video content, including social media clips, digital advertisements, internal communications, and other marketing materials.</li>
<li>Execute all aspects of post-production, including cutting, sequencing, trimming, color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure a polished final product.</li>
<li>Create and integrate basic motion graphics, typography, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects to enhance storytelling.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the creative team, including producers, designers, and marketers, to develop concepts and bring creative visions to life.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery against tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize media assets, project files, and video archives.</li>
<li>Stay current with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and platform specifications.</li>
</ul>
What will make you successful:
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;3 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and projects.</li>
<li>Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.</li>
<li>Demonstrated skill in color grading and basic sound editing/design to create a cohesive and professional viewer experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong creative eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:

<li>Experience creating advanced motion graphics and animations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder).</li>

 We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the design and marketing teams by creating engaging visual content across multiple platforms.  What Will You Do
 
 
 
 Design &amp; Execution: Assist in the creation of high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns (social media, web, email) and print materials (brochures, banners, packaging).
 
 
 Brand Governance: Help maintain and uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring all visuals align with company guidelines.
 
 
 Production Support: Provide crucial support to the senior design team by resizing, reformatting, retouching, and preparing final artwork for various channels.
 
 
 Collaboration &amp; Ideation: Work closely with marketers, writers, and other designers to brainstorm concepts and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to projects from conception to completion.
