Job Title: Social Media Reel Creator / Content PresenterCompany: TAB Developers Location: Lahore (On-site)Job Overview: TAB Developers is looking for a confident and creative individual to create engaging short-form video content (Reels) for our construction and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on camera, well-spoken, and have a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content daily for in-house projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and present short video content (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.)</li><li>Shoot aesthetic, engaging short-form content using your own Camera or iPhone (13 Pro or newer)</li><li>Appear on camera to explain project features, construction updates and real estate insights</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and scripts</li><li>Handle basic video shooting setups (lighting, angles, framing)</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to our brand</li><li>Ensure content reflects a professional and premium brand image</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in both Urdu and English (spoken and conversational)</li><li>Confident personality; not camera shy</li><li>Good understanding of social media platforms and reel-making trends</li><li>Basic knowledge of video shooting and content creation</li><li>Well-groomed, presentable and professionally dressed</li><li>Educated, with strong communication skills</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle content</li><li>Basic video editing skills</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing real estate brand</li><li>Creative freedom in content creation</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
