Job Description: Finance ManagerIndustry: Manpower Supply / Staffing / Outsourcing Location: UAEJob PurposeThe Finance Manager is responsible for overall financial management, control, and compliance of the manpower supply business. This role ensures timely payroll &amp; WPS processing, strong cash-flow management, accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supports management in decision-making to maintain profitability and business sustainability.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Planning, Control &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow projections.</li><li>Produce monthly MIS reports covering P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow, and site-wise profitability.</li><li>Analyze variances between budgeted and actual results and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.</li><li>Support management with financial insights for pricing, margin improvement, and cost control.</li></ul>2. Payroll, WPS &amp; Employee Cost Management<ul><li>Oversee payroll processing for manpower workforce ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE WPS regulations and salary protection requirements.</li><li>Monitor overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave settlements.</li><li>Coordinate with HR and operations to reconcile attendance, timesheets, and payroll costs.</li><li>Manage gratuity provisioning and end-of-service benefits.</li></ul>3. Accounts Receivable &amp; Credit Control<ul><li>Oversee invoicing and ensure alignment with client contracts, timesheets, and rates.</li><li>Supervise credit control and collection activities to maintain healthy cash flow.</li><li>Monitor aging reports, approve credit limits, and manage client payment terms.</li><li>Escalate and resolve major payment delays and disputes with clients.</li><li>Ensure receivables exposure is controlled against payroll and operational commitments.</li><li>Continuously track security cheque coverage in relation to outstanding balances and take appropriate preventive measures where receivables exceed secured limits to avoid potential legal exposure.</li></ul>4. Accounts Payable &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Manage supplier payments, subcontractors, accommodation, transport, and camp-related expenses.</li><li>Ensure payments are made on time to avoid operational disruption.</li><li>Negotiate better terms with vendors where possible.</li><li>Monitor fixed and variable operational costs to protect margins.</li></ul>5. Compliance, Audit &amp; Statutory Obligations<ul><li>Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including VAT filings and reconciliations.</li><li>Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and ensure clean audit reports.</li><li>Coordinate with banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law financial obligations.</li><li>Maintain proper financial documentation for inspections and audits.</li></ul>6. Contract Pricing &amp; Commercial Support<ul><li>Support management and sales teams with manpower costing, pricing models, and margin analysis.</li><li>Review commercial terms in manpower supply contracts (payment terms, penalties, retention).</li><li>Ensure pricing adequately covers payroll, overheads, statutory costs, and risk.</li><li>Advise on financial risks in new contracts or expansions.</li></ul>7. Systems, Controls &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Implement and strengthen internal financial controls.</li><li>Ensure proper segregation of duties and approval limits.</li><li>Optimize use of ERP / accounting systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho, Oracle, etc.).</li><li>Improve automation of payroll, billing, and receivable tracking.</li><li>Develop SOPs for finance and accounts functions.</li></ul>8. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead and manage finance and accounts team members.</li><li>Train team on compliance, reporting, and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Credit Control teams.</li><li>Ensure smooth inter-departmental workflows</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in: Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance), MBA (Finance) - Nice to have</li><li>6 to 9 years of total finance &amp; accounts experience. Minimum 3&ndash;5 years in UAE</li><li>Required experience in Manpower Supply / Staffing / Contracting/ Constructions/ Engineering OR similar payroll-heavy business</li><li>End-to-end payroll &amp; WPS processing</li><li>UAE VAT filing &amp; reconciliation</li><li>Manpower invoicing based on timesheets</li><li>Receivables &amp; credit control follow-ups</li><li>Payroll provisioning (gratuity, leave salary)</li><li>Month-end closing &amp; MIS reporting</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ERP</li><li>Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Job Description1. Job RoleThe AC Technician is responsible for the end-to-end installation, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of Split and Window Air Conditioning systems. The role involves ensuring optimal performance of AC units through regular preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The technician is expected to work independently at our own labor camps.2. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, commission, and test Split and Window AC units as per manufacturer and site specifications</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspection, cleaning, and servicing of indoor and outdoor units</li><li>Carry out deep cleaning of filters, coils, blowers, drain trays, and condensate lines</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot cooling, electrical, mechanical, gas leakage, noise, vibration, and water leakage issues</li><li>Repair and replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, PCB boards, contactors, thermostats, and sensors</li><li>Handle refrigerant gas charging and recovery (R22, R410A, R32) in a safe and compliant manner</li><li>Perform basic electrical work, including wiring checks, continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and earthing verification</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements</li><li>Maintain service records, report faults, and coordinate with supervisors regarding spare parts and job completion</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients and ensure work is completed to satisfaction</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven hands-on experience in Split and Window AC maintenance and repair</li><li>Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, and electrical components</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills</li><li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals</li><li>ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning, or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)</li><li>Knowledge of UAE safety standards and best practices</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Basic communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi an added advantage)</li><li>Physically fit to work on-site, at heights, and in varying conditions</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
