The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between site supervisors, HR, and accounts teams for accurate timesheet collection and invoice submissions.Key Responsibilities: --&gt;Supervise and guide a team of site supervisors to collect and verify timesheets accurately. --&gt;Ensure all timesheets are verified by respective supervisors and workers before submission. --&gt;Coordinate with HR and Accounts for invoice preparation and ensure timely follow-up. --&gt;Submit invoices to clients and obtain proper acknowledgements. --&gt;Maintain proper records of submissions and support documentation.Requirements: --&gt;Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of experience in site coordination, timesheet management, or similar operations within the manpower supply or contracting industry. --&gt;Strong communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Malayalam.
