 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 To support and execute HR operational processes efficiently and accurately across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees from onboarding to offboarding while maintaining compliance with internal policies and Saudi regulations
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including documentation, system access, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth employee transition experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all employment documentation and updates, including contracts, contract renewals, employee status changes, and official HR letters (salary, employment, bank, visa support, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the medical insurance process including employee enrollments, dependents&rsquo; updates, claims follow-up, and regular coordination with the insurance provider.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and manage employee leave balances, and address related inquiries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to ad-hoc HR operational needs, support internal audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

 Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 English Fluency is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication (written and verbal), documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a people-first approach.
