About the Opportunity</b></p><p>
The Medication Aide administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents who need assistance in accordance with state regulatory stipulations and requirements for safe administration. Observes the resident taking the medication, notes effects including any unexpected or adverse effects, correctly documents the required information in the residents&rsquo; medication administration records, communicates any concerns or observations with the Wellness Director, Wellness Coordinator or designated personnel. The Medication Aide also supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.</p><p></p><p><b>

We&rsquo;re looking for a compassionate, adaptable and<b> certified</b><b> </b><b>Medications Aides</b><b> on a PRN basis</b> to support our residents with their medication needs as well as care tasks in a safe, respectful, and caring environment. You will work with our professional care staff in assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring their health, and fostering a nurturing environment that promotes independence and well-being. About the Opportunity</b></p><p>
The Medication Aide is responsible for safely administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. This role includes observing residents during medication administration, documenting accurately, and communicating any concerns to the Clinical Director, Wellness Coordinators, or designated personnel.</p><p></p><p>
In addition to medication administration, the Medication Aide <b>supports residents with activities of daily living</b>&mdash;including personal hygiene, social engagement, cognitive support, and physical well‑being. You&rsquo;ll help promote independence, honor resident choice, and uphold dignity through every interaction.</p><p></p><p><b>
PRN Scheduling Expectations</b></p><p>
This is a <b>PRN (as‑needed)</b> position. PRN team members are essential in maintaining consistent, high‑quality care by filling shifts during staff absences, emergencies, and other urgent staffing needs. While hours are not guaranteed, candidates should be <b>reliable, flexible, and willing to work when called upon</b>&mdash;sometimes on short notice&mdash;during periods of increased need.</p><p></p><p><b>
