As a People Analyst on the People Analytics team in our New York office you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of HR through data-driven insights. You will transform people operations into a strategic center of insight, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that impact decision-making across the global organization, directly influencing senior leadership and business outcomes.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of professional experience managing complex analytical projects and delivering business value.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SQL.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with HR data, systems, and processes.</li>
<li>Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
Bonus points if you have:
<ul>
<li>Exposure to Generative AI applications in data/analytics use cases.</li>
<li>Experience with statistical analysis (R is a plus).</li>
</ul>
How you'll make an impact:
<ul>
<li>Partner with global team members to build and maintain essential KPI reports and dashboards for HR, Finance, and business leaders.</li>
<li>Lead global HR data analysis and benchmarking initiatives.</li>
<li>Manage and prioritize a mix of recurring and ad hoc analytics projects.</li>
<li>Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.</li>
<li>Support the automation of reporting and HR processes to improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HRBPs, Finance and IT to understand business needs, align on goals, and deliver analytics solutions that drive impact.</li>
<li>Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven initiatives in the People Analytics space, including evaluating use cases, supporting model development, and ensuring responsible deployment.</li>

As an Advertising Account Manager in Istanbul you are responsible for on-boarding, setting the strategy and managing all new enterprise advertisers, top clients from Banking, Automotive and e-commerce industries to count some! At this critical time, your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain and grow the partnership with a strategic and commercial attitude.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

<li>Fluent, Native/Bilingual or at least professional in Turkish and English level are a must have for this role</li>
<li>3+ years experience - client-facing in the digital media space</li>
<li>Experience in Performance Marketing, client, agency or technology side is a major plus</li>
<li>Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills</li>
<li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>
<li>Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team against challenges quarterly revenue targets</li>

<li>Onboard new advertisers with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze metrics to proactively optimize and improve results.</li>
<li>Help clients meet goals and scale on our platform, while strengthening customer trust and confidence in Taboola.</li>
<li>Help identify and develop best practices by vertical, KPI, etc.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and collaborate well with cross functional teams.</li>
