Tabor Hills Senior Living offers an Independent Living Community, Supportive Living Community and a Skilled Nursing Building.We currently have a rare opening for a Full Time Resident Services Assistant on our Supportive Living Campus!<ul><li>HOURLY RATE-$17.00</li><li>BENEFITS INCLUDE HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION AVAILABLE FIRST OF THE MONTH AFTER HIRE</li><li>PAID TIME OFF/HOLIDAY PAY</li><li>401K WITH GENEROUS EMPLOYER MATCH</li><li>EMPLOYER PAID SHORT TERM DISABILITY/LIFE INSURANCE</li></ul>The primary purpose of this position is to supplement the services provide to our residents by assisting with duties necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the residents. Also assists the Resident Services Director with office support, activity support and dining services.Highlight of Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assisting with scheduled and planned activities, addressing resident concerns.</li><li>Assists in the Dining Services Department as assigned.</li><li>Schedules and coordinates Beauty Shop.</li><li>Works as Concierge as scheduled.</li><li>Conducts tours for prospective residents.</li><li>Drives and assists with off campus events and shopping.</li><li>Arranges/enrolls residents with transportation.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the SLC Administrator.</li></ul>Education: High School diploma or equivalent. A valid Food Handlers license is also required upon hire/Within 30 days of hire. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in elder care and or healthcare setting.
