Job Requirements and Essential Functions:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED, College degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience preferred</li><li>1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss</li></ul>
responsibility.<ul><li>Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality are a necessity.</li><li>Able to perform basic business math.</li><li>Basic Microsoft Office skills required.</li><li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills required.</li><li>Able to complete required online training and certification modules.</li><li>Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).</li><li>Able to complete tasks that include stooping, pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs.</li><li>Able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping during 90% of shift time.</li></ul></div>
