The Day-to-Day:
Build People Capability<ul><li>
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing top talent.</li><li>

The Day-to-Day
Maintain Equipment &amp; Facilities<ul><li>
Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment and building systems.</li><li>
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>
Perform minor building repairs to keep facilities in top condition.</li><li>
Maintain van parts inventory and central warehouse tools and supplies.</li><li>
Process work orders submitted by restaurant teams and prioritize tasks accordingly.</li></ul>
Ensure Compliance &amp; Communication<ul><li>
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.</li><li>
Communicate regularly with managers and supervisors regarding service activities.</li><li>
Track and record completed repairs in the facility tracking system.</li></ul> 
Is This You?<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED minimum.</li><li>
1-2 years of experience working with restaurant equipment.</li><li>
Mechanical experience with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.</li><li>
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient in using a computer for tracking repairs and inventory.</li><li>
