Full Job Description 
We are currently hiring for a Service Manager ! We are looking for high energy, systems-based managers that are capable of leading our teams and enhancing the experience of our guests. 
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul><li>2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience</li><li>Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere</li><li>Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people</li><li>Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing</li><li>Kitchen management experience is a plus!</li><li>Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks</li><li>Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills</li><li>Strong organization and listening skills</li><li>Eye for detail</li><li>Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure</li></ul>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
