Job Summary
The General Manager (GM) is the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, responsible for driving overall performance, profitability, and guest
satisfaction. This role oversees all day‑to‑day operations, leads a high‑performing management team, ensures food‑safety and operational compliance, and cultivates
a positive culture that supports team development, engagement, and consistent execution of brand standards. The General Manager models the company&rsquo;s core values, delivers exceptional hospitality, and ensures every guest experiences a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. As a hands‑on leader, the GM actively supports all positions as needed and drives continuous improvement across the restaurant.
Responsibilities
The General Manager is the strategic leader of the restaurant, responsible for the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. This individual will direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members. This individual isn&rsquo;t just running a restaurant, they&rsquo;re creating memorable experiences, and building teams.
Education and Experience<ul><li>
A minimum of 2 years&rsquo; current experience in the Casual</li><li>
Restaurant industry is required.</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED required. An associate&rsquo;s or a bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.</li><li>
ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.</li><li>
Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)</li><li>
Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use</li><li>
Use ladders occasionally for maintenance checks</li><li>
Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers</li><li>
Operate POS systems, kitchen equipment, computers, and other standard devices</li><li>
Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams</li></ul>

Job Descriptions
Our Shift Leaders are the key to operating our restaurants daily. You will help support the General and/or Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.
Requirements<ul><li>
A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.</li><li>
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.</li><li>
Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Communication and team management abilities.</li><li>
Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.</li></ul>
