Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize performance across various channels.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling and managing posts.</li><li>Conduct SEO and keyword research to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.</li><li>Manage relationships with influencers and stakeholders in public relations efforts.</li><li>Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, e-commerce, and digital marketing.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating engaging visuals.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software for producing compelling video content.</li><li>Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in content creation.</li><li>Experience in Facebook Advertising and other paid social media strategies is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of photography principles to enhance visual storytelling across platforms.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
