We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Game Designer with a strong understanding of free-to-play mobile game mechanics. You’ll work closely with our development and art teams to design engaging core loops, progression systems, monetization strategies, and levels that drive retention and revenue.
 
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
Design core gameplay systems, meta-progression, and monetization loops for F2P games
 Create levels, challenges, and reward systems that enhance player engagement
 Balance game economy, difficulty curves, and retention metrics
 Analyze player behavior and suggest feature improvements based on data
 Collaborate with UI/UX, development, and QA teams to implement and refine designs
 Maintain detailed and clear game design documentation (GDDs)
 
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:: 
2+ years of professional experience as a game designer (mobile F2P preferred)
 Deep understanding of F2P mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops
 Experience with economy balancing, live ops events, and progression systems
 Strong communication and documentation skills
 Passion for mobile games and an understanding of current market trends
 
BONUS (PRO) SKILLS:: 
Experience with Unity, level editors, or scripting tools
 Familiarity with analytics tools (GameAnalytics, Firebase, etc.)
 Knowledge of A/B testing and live game operations
 Experience working on games with in-app purchases and ads

MOBILE GAME DESIGNER

We're looking for a passionate Unity Game Developer to join our team and build high-quality mobile and PC games. You’ll work on core gameplay systems, UI integration, and performance optimization. If you have multiplayer experience—great, that’s a big plus!
 
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
Develop gameplay features using Unity and C#
 Implement smooth 2D/3D game mechanics, animations, and physics
 Collaborate with designers, artists, and testers
 Work with version control systems (Git)
 Debug and polish game features based on feedback
 On-going maintenance of existing projects
 
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:: 
Strong experience with Unity Engine
 Proficient in C# scripting, object-oriented programming, and design patterns
 Solid understanding of gameplay mechanics, physics, and animation systems
 Experience building UI/UX in Unity
 Understanding of asset management and scene organization
 Ability to optimize game performance across devices
 
BONUS (PRO) SKILLS:: 
Hands-on experience with multiplayer networking (Unity Netcode, Photon, or Mirror)
 Knowledge of backend integration for leaderboards, matchmaking, or chat
 Experience with Firebase, PlayFab, or similar game services
 Experience building UI/UX in Unity
 Understanding of shader programming, VFX, or asset optimization
 Prior experience shipping or publishing games

GAME DEVELOPER

We’re looking for a talented Game Artist to bring our game worlds to life with captivating visuals. You’ll design 2D/3D assets, characters, environments, and UI elements that match our game style and enhance the player experience.
 
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 
Create high-quality 2D or 3D game assets, characters, backgrounds, and environments
 Design visually appealing and user-friendly UI/UX elements
 Work closely with game designers and developers to ensure cohesive visual direction
 Optimize art assets for performance across mobile platforms
 Follow and contribute to the game’s visual style, brand, and tone
 Participate in feedback sessions and iterate on designs based on input
 
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:: 
6+ months of experience as a Game Artist in mobile or PC game development
 Proficient in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine, Blender, or Unity
 Strong understanding of color, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
 Ability to create both concept art and production-ready assets
 Portfolio showcasing relevant game art work
 
BONUS (PRO) SKILLS:: 
Figma experience for UI mockups or layout collaboration
 Experience with 2D animation, VFX, or Unity UI animation tools
 Familiarity with Unity or Unreal engine workflows
 Basic knowledge of game design principles
