About the role You&rsquo;ll deliver hands-on science and maths learning to students, empower teachers through orientations and workshops, create activity-aligned content, and be the primary support contact for partner schools using ThinkTac programs.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct engaging, activity-based sessions for children (Grades K&ndash;10) in science and maths&mdash;onsite or online.</li><li>Lead teacher orientations and professional-development workshops; model facilitation best practices.</li><li>Create and refine learning materials: lesson plans, activity guides, assessments, and facilitator notes.</li><li>Provide customer support to partner schools: schedule sessions, resolve queries, collect feedback, and ensure smooth implementation.</li><li>Track session data and learning outcomes; share timely reports internally and with schools.</li><li>Manage basic logistics: prep materials/kits, AV setup, and classroom readiness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science/Mathematics/Education (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of classroom facilitation or teacher-training experience (fresh, high-aptitude graduates also considered).</li><li>Strong communication in English and at least one regional language; confident presenter.</li><li>Comfort with basic tech tools (Slides/Docs/Spreadsheets; video-conferencing).</li><li>Willingness to travel within the city/region to partner schools.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Experience creating curriculum or activity-based content.</li><li>Prior work with enquiry-based or experiential learning programs.</li></ul>Location &amp; Type Full-time; on-site/field with travel to partner schools (city/region).Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,669.50 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
