TITLE: E-Commerce Marketing &amp; Growth Specialist (Potential Equity / Partner Track)About Us: Animalia Reimagined is a (potentially) fast-growing digital art &amp; upscale apparel venture with two strong markets: (1) animal- and equestrian-themed fine art &amp; apparel, and (2) fundraising partnerships with animal charities and arts organizations.Our product line includes:<ul><li>Premium wall art (museum-grade prints, framed editions, ultra-limited runs)</li><li>Stylish apparel &amp; accessories (Gelato as premium POD, elevated fabrics)</li><li>Equestrian lifestyle art collections</li><li>Custom fundraising collections for nonprofits</li></ul>We&rsquo;re preparing for our Etsy launch (as a precursor to our own Shopify store) and are looking for a high-caliber Etsy familiar digital expert to help us scale from Day One.The Role &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Set up, optimize, and manage our Etsy storefront</li><li>Conduct SEO research, keywording, and listing optimization</li><li>Plan &amp; run proven Etsy advertising campaigns</li><li>Optimize product photos, mockups, titles, tags, and descriptions</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and drive continual improvement</li><li>Identify trends, product opportunities, and pricing strategies</li><li>Scale revenue and customer engagement month-over-month</li><li>Gelato integration is key to this operation &amp; POD experience a must.</li></ul>This role has full creative and strategic autonomy &mdash; and the ability to build the store your way, backed by premium products and strong market demand.**** Compensation: Generous Commission + Bonus Upside (No Salary Initially))Because we&rsquo;re pre-funded, this role is 100% commission, but structured to ensure the right person can make real, scalable income.Commission Structure (Attractive + Transparent):25% of store profits for $10K&ndash;$20K/month revenue 30% of profits once we surpass $20K/month (Negotiable beyond 20K) NOTE: For top candidates; executive role with real equity being offered.
