 The Territory Account Manager is responsible for educating therapists, physicians and patients on Tactile Medical Products in an assigned territory. Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets. Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Educating therapists, patients, and physicians on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in providing customer support with training, reimbursement, concerns, or complaints
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience:
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience OR
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ years of medical sales experience OR
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Preferred
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Healthcare sales experience with clinicians such as doctors, surgeons, therapists, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products
 </li>

 Knowledgeable of third party payer policies

Medical Device Sales Territory Account Manager

 The Associate Territory Account Manager is responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians and patients on our medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conducts full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up).
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides in-home product demonstrations on our devices for patients and assist them with questions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned
