Position: Operations Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Doha, QatarRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activations, promotional campaigns, merchandising projects, events, and field operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, manage field teams, and maintain high service standards while meeting client expectations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily operational activities across multiple projects.</li><li>Manage field staff including promoters, merchandisers, supervisors, and temporary workforce.</li><li>Coordinate project schedules, manpower allocation, logistics, and deployment.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns are executed according to client requirements and company standards.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.</li><li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, malls, venues, and internal departments.</li><li>Prepare operational reports, attendance records, and project performance updates.</li><li>Monitor inventory, promotional materials, uniforms, and event equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, health &amp; safety regulations, and client guidelines.</li><li>Handle last-minute operational challenges and provide timely solutions.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff when required.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and operational records.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in operations, preferably within an advertising, event management, BTL marketing, or brand activation agency.</li><li>Experience managing field teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on project requirements.</li><li>Familiarity with Qatar's advertising, event, and retail environment is an advantage.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Valid Qatar Driving License.</li><li>Own car is an added advantage for site visits and operational coordination.</li><li>Immediate availability is preferred.</li></ul>Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>DL and Possess Own Car?
