The Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the healthcare or homecare center, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff performance, and compliance with organizational policies. The role involves managing administrative, clinical, and operational activities to maintain efficient and effective service delivery.Key Responsibilities:* Manage overall operations of the center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow* Responsible for driving revenue growth while managing costs to meet P&amp;L targets.* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing and support staff performance* Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards* Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcareregulations* Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally* Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and center resources* Prepare and monitor center budgets, expenses, and operational reports* Conduct regular audits, quality checks, and ensure safety protocols are followed* Coordinate training, educational programs, and staff development activities* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all center activities* Promote effective communication within the team and with patientsExperience &amp; Skills:* Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in healthcare or homecare management* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage a team and work under pressure* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic healthcare management softwareEducation &amp; Certification:* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field* Relevant management or leadership certification is a plusWork Environment &amp; Physical Requirements:* Fast-paced healthcare or homecare setting* Ability to supervise staff, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines* Flexible and adaptable to changing operational needsJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR11,999.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
