<div>Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for planning, forecasting the sales for various products. The incumbent works effectively in cross-functional teams and situations.
Reporting to the territory manager and regional business director, you will be expected to expand and consolidate the existing client portfolio of the company, promote, and sell products, with adequate technical training, to meet the sales targets established by the Management in the territory assigned.
The job would be 100% dedicated to Derprosa (a subsidiary of Taghleef). This position may reside in either CO or UT. can be local to UT...Focus is around UT/CO Region.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Executes sales strategies on the accounts assigned.</li><li>
Visits clients to determine their needs and selling the company products.</li><li>
Implements and evaluates advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans with an eye on cost containment.</li><li>
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.</li><li>
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, coordinating new product development.</li><li>
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.</li><li>
Carry out surveys and promotions relating to company product.</li><li>
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.</li><li>
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.</li><li>
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.</li><li>
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.</li><li>
Act as mediator for post-sale process and coordinate the resolution of potential claims, as well as carry out collection procedures for these sales.</li><li>
Comply with the procedures established by the organization (especially &quot;Funnel&quot; and actions in CRM).</li><li>
Participation in the key industry events.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree, preferably a Bachelor's of Science (BS).</li><li>
5+ years in Business to Business sales experience.</li><li>
3 + years in film, paper, or graphic arts consumables industry experience.</li><li>
3+ years in Leadership role.</li><li>
At least 5 years of experience with notable accomplishments in Sales in OPP Industry.</li><li>
Demonstrated successful leadership and has influenced accomplishments.</li><li>
Able to travel up to 30 to 40% of the time.</li><li>
Tracked background in sales.</li><li>
Knowledge of the printing industry.</li><li>
Knowledge of the thermal laminating business will be a plus.</li><li>
Technical background will be a plus.</li><li>
Experience with working by objectives.</li><li>
Proactive and dynamic individual. Self-starter.</li><li>
Knowledgeable with systems.</li><li>
Strong communication, both verbal and business writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate to diverse audience ranging from technical professionals to executives/leaders.</li><li>
Proven record working in high demanding and dynamic environments.</li></ul>

IT Helpdesk Support Specialist
The IT Support Helpdesk is responsible for providing the first through some third-tier support functions to his / her end users. A core function of this role is the maintenance and support of client software installed on the desktop, laptops, tablets, as well as hardware support.
The successful team member will be required to provide excellent customer service and apply proven problem-solving skills to help identity, communicate, and resolve system issues in a timely manner to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing first through third tier level support to a diverse group of end users for PC, server, mainframe applications and hardware via phone, email, IM, etc. on-site / hands-on support as necessary, as the first contact or level of support for the users within the region.<ul><li>
May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.</li><li>
Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties as needed.</li><li>
Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.</li><li>
Install / uninstall all client software on end-user machines, according to the licensing compliance and the IT Manager authorization, including copying all existing business files from the old unit to new.</li><li>
Configure and support the hardware and configuration of printers for the different end-users.</li><li>
Create new users, as well as remove all Ti-NA site users in Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 when security forms are submitted for new and termination of accounts according to the Onboarding, Change, and Offboarding procedure.</li><li>
Add, remove, or modify Outlook/Exchange permission for users, such as calendar perms, departed employee mailbox access, etc. according to the tickets raised and approval.</li><li>
Provides 24/7 On-Call Support as necessary.</li><li>
Responsible for submitting purchase requisition, ordering, and setting up all PC&rsquo;s, solid-state units, tablets, scanners, mobile phones, printers, etc. as required for each responsible location.</li><li>
Manage the mobile phones in the US, through the order, activate, and configure/setup mobile devices, including the installation of Company controls for security; as well as monitor individual plans if changes need to be made to accounts. Helps oversee the billing / transfer responsibilities for both Taghleef and employee if / when they leave the company in partnership with Human Resources approval.</li><li>
Contact vendors for support on warranted items and take the necessary steps to get the faulty hardware replaced.</li><li>
Removing, formatting, and/or destroying old hard drives from PC&rsquo;s and disposing of computers, printers per Company guidelines.</li><li>
Document all the solutions provided for Helpdesk tickets as part of the database.</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Windows operating systems (mixed versions), mobile devices, and printer support.</li><li>
Knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, and Intune</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required</li><li>
Flexible (ability to work alternate schedule, off-hours, nights, and weekends as needed)</li><li>

Corporate Accounting Clerk
Job Summary: 
 The Corporate Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing a variety of clerical and financial tasks. This role ensures accurate processing of financial transactions, maintains records, and assists with day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions</li><li>
Prepare and post journal entries</li><li>
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies</li><li>
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation</li><li>
Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections</li><li>
Review and verify invoices and expense reports</li><li>
Support month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>
Enter data into accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)</li><li>
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding financial transactions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience</li><li>
Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, debits/credits)</li><li>
