<div><p><b>Systems Administrator</b></p><div>
The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing administration and support for the business systems used by Ti Information Systems and develop a general understanding of all platforms and systems. A core function of this role will be to plan, design, develop, and launch virtualized Windows systems in support of core organizational functions.</div><div></div><div><br>
The successful team member will be required to apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.</li><li>
Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.</li><li>
Perform user, computer and group administration in Active Directory, Office 365, InTune and other systems as required.</li><li>
Server Administration including windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.</li><li>
Experience with Group Policy management and group policy design</li><li>
Configure, manage, and support Windows DFS file system for various departments.</li><li>
Support and maintain VMware vSphere infrastructure ESXi 5.5 and later.</li><li>
Support system and user operational troubleshooting and problem resolution.</li><li>
Create and maintain system documentation</li><li>
Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.</li></ul><div><b>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in related field</li><li>
3+ years of experience with Windows Administration</li><li>
Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (mixed versions)</li><li>
Knowledge of Office365, Exchange, and Intune</li><li>
Ability to work on multiple tasks/project concurrently</li><li>
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic team environment</li><li>
Ability to analyze and resolve complex system problems</li><li>
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work alternate schedule, off-hours, nights and weekends</li><li>
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul><div>

Systems Administrator

<div><p><b>Network Analyst</b></p><p>
The Network Analyst is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure within the manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of network systems to support manufacturing operations, including production control systems, data acquisition, and enterprise applications. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and support business objectives.</p><p>
The successful team member will be required to apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT security and systems investments.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and execute network architecture and design plans that align with manufacturing operational requirements and business goals.</li><li>
Configure, deploy, and maintain network hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points and PBX voice systems.</li><li>
Configure, deploy and maintain network security configurations, firewall policy configurations and site-to-site VPN WAN networks.</li><li>
Manage and maintain CCTV, physical access control, UPS and public address systems by coordinating with external and internal support and service providers</li><li>
Work with local and global IT teams to implement and maintain network configurations, firewall configurations, VPNs, and access control lists as per global security policies.</li><li>
Work with helpdesk team to resolve network, voice and remote access issues for business teams.</li><li>
Plan and execute network and voice system upgrades, patching, device replacements and expansions to meet support, security and business needs.</li><li>
Monitor and support day-to-day operations of the corporate network and voice systems.</li><li>
Enforce network security policies and procedures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other security threats.</li><li>
Stay informed about the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and apply appropriate mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including network diagrams, configuration files, and operational procedures.</li><li>
Lead or participate in local as well as Global network-related projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new installations.</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.</li><li>
Mentor and train junior network staff and provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.</li><li>
Assist with datacenter and virtual infrastructure management tasks as required.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related</li><li>
field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CompTIA Network+,) preferred</li><li>
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on manufacturing environments. Experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale network infrastructures</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies</li><li>
Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools</li><li>
Experience in Virtual Infrastructure management, datacenter management and CCTV systems</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues</li><li>
Experience with network security practices and technologies</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li><li>
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>
Primarily office-based with occasional requirements to visit manufacturing sites</li><li>
On-call availability may be required for critical network issues and emergencies</li><li>
Ability to travel up to 15%</li></ul><p>
