Senior Account Manager based in Dubai with a strong track record in client retention, account growth, and recurring revenue management. This is a strategic leadership role focused on maximizing value from our existing client portfolio while ensuring long-term partnerships.The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in tech services (preferably RFID, Auto-ID, SaaS, or ERP solutions), along with proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to deliver against renewal and revenue targets.Key Objectives&bull;Ensure 95%+ client retention through proactive account management and superior customer service.&bull;Drive recurring revenue growth from existing accounts via renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.&bull;Act as a trusted advisor to clients by solving problems, addressing pain points, and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.&bull;Build and maintain a high-performing account management team through strong leadership, training, and mentoring.&bull;Implement structured processes for account reviews, renewals, and client escalations.Roles and responsibilities:&bull;Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, ensuring long-term retention and recurring revenue growth.&bull;Lead account planning sessions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and renewal discussions.&bull;Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
