Job Description 
As the LEAP Brand Executive, you will be responsible for developing, protecting, and elevating the LEAP brand across all touchpoints. 
You will support the brand strategy, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across content, creative, digital, social, and experiential channels.
Your work will directly support LEAP&rsquo;s positioning, brand growth, audience engagement, and overall brand presence in the tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management &amp; Governance<ul><li>
Ensure all creative assets, visuals, and communications adhere to LEAP&rsquo;s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic platform.</li><li>
Maintain brand libraries, creative assets, and messaging frameworks.</li><li>
Track competitor marketing, brand presence, creative trends, and industry benchmarks.</li></ul>
Campaign Execution<ul><li>
Support the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across digital, OOH, video, PR, paid media, and social channels.</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams (content, attendee marketing, commercial, ops) to ensure all campaign executions align with the LEAP brand narrative.</li><li>
Assist in planning key campaign moments including the brand launch, hero videos, ticketing campaigns, and content drops.</li></ul>
Content &amp; Creative Coordination<ul><li>
Brief the creative team on design, video, and content needs and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>
Develop supporting materials including presentations, messaging guides, brand decks, and campaign toolkits with the support of the brand manager.</li><li>
Coordinate content creation for website, email, landing pages, banners, and social channels while ensuring brand tone and consistency.</li></ul>
Digital &amp; Social<ul><li>
Support brand-led social content planning, including storytelling, hero moments, and major announcements.</li><li>
Upload, manage, and monitor brand content on the LEAP website and CMS platforms.</li></ul>
Event Experience &amp; On-Ground Branding<ul><li>
Support the development of the event&rsquo;s visual identity and onsite branding experiences (wayfinding, signage, stage design, activations).</li><li>
Coordinate branding requirements with operations, production, and creative to ensure immersive brand execution onsite.</li><li>
Assist with VIP branding, partner branding, and special zones (e.g., DeepFest, Investor Stage, Startup Zone).</li></ul>
Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and creative assets.</li><li>
Compile weekly/monthly brand performance updates and insights for the Marketing Manager.</li><li>
Support post-event analysis, brand performance reports, and benchmarking.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in marketing or brand management.</li><li>
Experience working with global brands or large-scale events is a plus.</li></ul>
Qualities &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Strong understanding of brand management</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for quality</li><li>
Strong communication and copywriting skills</li><li>

Job Description 
We are looking for a Senior Conference Producer to join the team who can demonstrate they have their finger on the pulse of our fast-paced and ever-changing industry. Covering a maternity leave, we are looking for someone to join our high energy team between December 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026.
What you will do
You will be confident in speaking to expert speakers from all over the world and selling the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event.
Conference Production<ul><li>
Produce high-level relevant industry conference programmes.</li><li>
Liaise with key professionals/institutions and companies in the production of conference programmes.</li><li>
Engage with recommended speakers and confirm their attendance.</li><li>
Ensure the speaker database is updated to provide current and accurate speaker lists and files for event management.</li><li>
Prepare and communicate creative brief documents to the Marketing team.</li><li>
Prepare and lead telesales briefs and set follow-up meetings to track progress.</li><li>
Ensure all CME/CPD application forms and supporting documentation are completed online within deadlines.</li><li>
Assist providing leads to the sponsorship team and attend sales meetings as appropriate.</li><li>
Mentor other conference producers within the team.</li><li>
Conduct a post-show analysis of the event including job title analysis</li></ul>
Market Research and Industry Networks<ul><li>
Effectively research topics with relevant industry professionals and the target market.</li><li>
Develop new conference ideas and programme content through meetings and tele-research with key experts.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Director and other sales team members to generate ideas for enhancing the conference portfolio, ideally recommending at least 2 new conference tracks per existing event.</li><li>
Identify key opinion leaders/institutions and companies related to the event.</li><li>
Maintain existing and build new relationships develop a conference with topics and speakers.</li><li>
Be able to provide a list of hospitals that are leaders in specialist areas relating to the event.</li><li>
Look at additional add-ons and other ways of attracting more delegates i.e. workshops, poster sessions, partnering with associations etc.</li></ul>
Speaker &amp; Delegate Liaison<ul><li>
Liaise and network with speakers, exhibitors and delegates on-site to maintain customer service standards, resolve queries and gain feedback, targeting at least 10 meetings per event day.</li><li>
Assist with onsite duties as required for the duration of the event, which may require longer working hours</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
What you will bring<ul><li>
Educated to degree level or equivalent.</li><li>
Significant experience in conference production.</li><li>
Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.</li><li>
Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>

Copywriting skills.</li><li>
