<ul><li>5 years food service leadership experience required, contract food service preferred</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish) required</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree with a focus in instructional design, educational technology, organization design, talent management, organizational psychology, human resources or related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to work in agile and iterative way in a fast-paced and collaborative environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, develop strategies and drive execution to achieve quantifiable outcomes</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences</li>
<li>Ability to partner with and influence all levels of management and employees</li>
<li>Self-starter with strong analytical, project management and change management skills</li>
<li>Skilled at prioritizing and working under time constraints, handling multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.</li>
<li>Passion for a &quot;roll up your sleeves&quot; and design/contribute environment while managing through ambiguity</li>
<li>Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills; lead by example; enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships</li>

<ul><li>Position offices out of Dallas, Texas</li>
<li>Travel throughout the southern region required</li>
<li>Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily</li>
<li>Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally</li>
<li>Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.</li></ul></div>
