<div>About the Role: 
Take ownership of the cybersecurity and compliance posture for a major power generation facility as our NERC Compliance Engineer. This isn't just a &quot;paperwork&quot; role; you will be deeply integrated into the plant's operational technology, maintaining firewalls, managing configuration baselines, and assisting with DCS and PLC maintenance. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to authority for identifying system anomalies, conducting root cause analyses, and ensuring our industrial networks are both secure and efficient.

Here&rsquo;s a glimpse into your day to day:
<ul><li>Coordinates all aspects of the Plant Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Standards
</li><li>NERC CIP Compliance which Includes maintaining NERC procedures and logs and other required documentation.
</li><li>Keep all site NERC procedures to the current NERC CIP Standards
</li><li>Maintain all NERC CIP defined equipment to ensure they are kept up to date with all the latest cyber security updates
</li><li>Conducts audits of plant systems to ensure compliance, which will include CIP policies, procedures, practices, checklists, worklists, internal controls, process flows, training material and other material as needed to support compliant, effective, and efficient business operations
</li><li>Assess evidence of compliance gathered by subject matter experts to determine its applicability and completeness for demonstrating compliance to NERC standards.
</li><li>Identify and investigate potential anomalies and/or non-compliances and escalate to management, as necessary; perform root cause analyses and develop corrective actions to mitigate the potential reoccurrence of near-misses and/or non-compliances.
</li><li>Assist in the preparation of self-reports.
</li><li>Support roll-out of training at the plant to support NERC compliance activities.
</li><li>Support and assist in all efforts to prepare, draft, and coordinate materials responsive to regulatory questionnaires, and other Requests for Information.
</li><li>Assist the plant DCS engineer with the maintenance of the Plant&rsquo;s DCS system as well as the numerous PLC (Programmable Logic Control) systems that are running site wide. This will include assisting operations and maintenance by troubleshooting logic issues, making logic changes due to process changes or improvements, and making graphics changes.
</li></ul>
 
You&rsquo;ll be a perfect fit if you have:
<ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration, or one year of NERC CIP Reliability Standard knowledge and experience strongly desired.
</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree preferred but not required.
</li><li>Practical experience in power plant operations and maintenance is desired.
</li><li>Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers, servers, and Windows.
</li><li>Familiarity with NERC CIP Medium Impact requirements.
</li><li>Strong understanding of networks, change management, anti-malware, configuration baselines, patching, or other security practices
</li><li>Strong Administrative and computer experience
</li><li>Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, patch management systems, and endpoint protection tools.
</li><li>Working knowledge of change management, configuration baseline, and incident response.
</li></ul>
 
Compensation and Benefits:
<ul><li>Pay: $110,000 annual maximum (depending on experience)

NERC Compliance Engineer

Step into the fast-paced world of industrial construction with an internship that goes well beyond basic observation. As a Construction Project Engineer Intern at TAI, you will be an active participant in the entire project lifecycle; from initial conceptual estimating and value engineering to on-site mobilization and final closeout. Working across high-impact sectors like life sciences and chemical manufacturing, you&rsquo;ll collaborate directly with design teams and subcontractors to ensure complex facilities are built to the highest standards. This is a hands-on opportunity to master the mechanics of project management, helping you bridge the gap between classroom theory and the execution of world-class infrastructure.

<ul><li>Construction projects within manufacturing/industrial markets: food/beverage, chemical, power generation, life sciences, etc.
</li><li>All phases of the project life cycle, from front end estimating, constructability reviews and value engineering to project mobilization and closeout.
</li><li>Supporting and maintaining project budgets and accounting, project schedules and other project-related documentation.
</li><li>Estimating from conceptual through hard bid estimate levels.
</li><li>Collaborating with architects and design team to develop the best overall product for clients.
</li><li>Supporting vendors and subcontractors.
</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>
 
You&rsquo;ll be a perfect fit if you have:
<ul><li>Current college student pursuing degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
</li><li>Desire to purse a career within construction management.
</li><li>Prior work or internship experience within construction is a plus.
</li><li>Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

</li><li>Must possess strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
</li><li>Must be able to perform calculations, to problem solve, and use reasoning.

Computer Skills Required:

</li><li>Ability to learn Construction Management platform such as Procore and Foundation.

Physical Demands:
<ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours on construction sites using construction equipment and tools. At times, the weather may be inclement. The position requires repetitive motion, such as standing, walking, sitting, and bending. This position could also entail reaching, climbing, crawling, and walking over uneven terrain. Moderate to heavy lifting is required, up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Travel:
<ul><li>Employee will primarily work at client/project sites. Must be willing to travel.
