In-Home Design Consultant (Sales Consultant - NW Arkansas)Depending on experience Baths/Showers is typically what you are trained on first and once you are comfortable other products can be added such as Windows, Kitchens, Siding etc.Creating a fresh solution to bath, remodeling, Tailored Remodeling offers a stylish, cost-effective, low-maintenance bath improvement to homeowners, including consumers with accessibility needs. We do not do anything at a low standard/quality and when you help someone you know that they are going to be looked after and stand behind everything we do.Sales Consultant A full-time outside sales position (commission based, best comp plan in the industry), your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners.You are NOT responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful.Your only focus has to be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.Primary job responsibilities include:<ul><li>Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad</li><li>Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings</li><li>Design new bath on your Ipad software</li><li>Deliver price and close sales on daily basis</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise</li><li>Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings</li><li>Previous sales experience preferred but not needed</li><li>Must have reliable transportation and be available every other Saturday</li></ul>Salary and Benefits:<ul><li>$100k- 400k annual compensation is typical for fully committed team members</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>The best training in the industry from start to close</li><li>Eligibility for monthly bonus &amp; Presidential trip</li><li>Professional Development</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
