We&rsquo;re passionate about serving trendy Asian-inspired drinks at weekend night markets and pop-ups. For this event, we&rsquo;ll be making drinks like matcha lattes, Vietnamese coffee, and specialty foam-topped beverages.We&rsquo;re hiring baristas and cashiers for a 3-day pop-up event in Doswell (June 12-14). Shifts are approximately 8 hours per day (with breaks), and preference is given to candidates available all 3 days.Location: The Meadow Event Park13191 Dawn Blvd, Doswell, VAResponsibilities<ul><li>Prepare drinks (matcha, Vietnamese coffee, specialty beverages) with consistency and quality</li><li>Provide friendly, engaging customer service</li><li>Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately</li><li>Understand the menu and upsell items when appropriate</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards</li><li>Assist with setup and teardown of the booth</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Barista or drink-making experience (boba, coffee, etc.) preferred</li><li>Personable, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills</li><li>Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs</li></ul>Availability<ul><li>Must be available June 12-14 (approx. 10am&ndash;8pm each day)</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $26.05 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
