With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Jetour Pakistan continues to redefine standards in automotive manufacturing and service quality.Join Jetour Pakistan to experience an inspiring and rewarding career in a fast-paced environment.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, organize, direct, and oversee day-to-day production operations to meet OEM standards and management goals.</li><li>Ensure efficient management of assembly plant operations in line with strategic directives and quality objectives.</li><li>Lead and supervise all levels of production staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.</li><li>Develop and implement processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with supply chain and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth workflow and optimal output.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and continuously drive process improvements aligned with company goals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).</li><li>Proven Project Management experience</li><li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing, supply chain, or OEM operations management.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
