Since our launch, we became the first company for Pakistan funded by Y Combinator, raised seed capital and further financing from Kleiner Perkins, and &mdash; most importantly &mdash; have served over 100,000 stores.

Who we are looking for</h1><ul><li>
0-2 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)</li><li>
Minimum 12 years of education.</li><li>

Strong Urdu communication skills.</li><li>

What you will do</h2><ul><li>
Travel extensively across Pakistan for vendor negotiations, market visits, and procurement-related activities.</li><li>
Procure and ensure availability of inventory while building strong supplier relationships.</li></ul><ul><li>
Forecast demand, manage purchase cycles, and prevent stockouts/overstocking.</li><li>
Monitor margins and control pricing.</li><li>
Analyze dashboards and reports to drive category performance.</li><li>
Recommend product additions or delistings based on sales insights.</li><li>
Align suppliers with Tajir&rsquo;s mission, share performance reports, and track target achievement.</li></ul></div>
