What you&rsquo;ll do</h2>
Tajir&rsquo;s internship program is designed to rapidly develop your software engineering skills.

The internship program is an extended interview to a full-time offer. On the last day of the internship, we make full-time offers to interns who impress us, with no further interviews required. Spend your final year in peace!</li></ul>

Expect to ship code within your first week of joining, then take on more and more responsibility quickly. Everyone on our team fondly remembers their first few months at Tajir as a time of rapid personal growth!
Expect to stay on the bleeding edge of AI tooling. Tajir grants Claude Code and Cursor access to every engineer. We&rsquo;re actively using AI to accelerate our own engineering workflows and develop exciting products for our customers.
Every engineer at Tajir is expected to devote 20% of their time to mentorship. We elevate fresh hires through pair programming, regular feedback through code reviews, and lots of guidance.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
