The Role<ul><li>
Provide administrative support to department leaders and staff</li><li>
Coordinate and book travel arrangements; flights, hotels, rental cars, meeting rooms etc.</li><li>
Overseed the preparation, ordering and cleanup of company provided snacks and meals</li><li>
Prep office and meeting spaces for onsite visitors and events</li><li>
Maintain office common areas; ensuring space is organized and stocked</li><li>
Collect, access, input and manage data in various systems and programs as needed</li><li>
Manage various documents and records; faxing, scanning, filing and/or disseminating as required</li><li>
Assist with the coordination of office activities and events</li><li>
Provide back up support for front desk; greet visitors, answer phones, manage and distribute deliveries</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>2+ year(s) of executive assistant, legal assistant, administrative support, Human Resources or related experience required</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li><li>
Ability to learn and utilize role specific equipment and software</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment</li><li>
Ability to work independently, prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing telephones, smart phones and headsets</li><li>
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver&rsquo;s license is required if the role involves driving</li><li>
