 Senior Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of manpower and deliverables-based projects. This role will be for one of Takamol&rsquo;s subsidiaries and will manage client relationships, ensure adherence to governance and documentation standards, and drive financial and operational accuracy. It will also be accountable for execution, invoicing, collection, issue resolution, and identifying cross-selling opportunities, while maintaining high client satisfaction and aligning closely with internal operations, especially HR.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Project Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage manpower and deliverables-based projects from initiation to closure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, governance, and contractual requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Client Relationship Management:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead daily client communication and proactively resolve issues before escalation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular review meetings and monitor client satisfaction metrics.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Governance &amp; Documentation:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and maintain project documentation (kick-off, charter, risk) in alignment with internal governance frameworks.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Financial Ownership:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and update cost sheets covering payroll, GOSI, medical insurance, provisions (e.g., EOS), and expenses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure issuance and client sign-off of Certificates of Completion within SLA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue client invoices on time and follow up for full collection.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Operational Coordination:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR Operations for onboarding/offboarding, contract compliance, and continuity of manpower.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project end dates and initiate timely actions for extensions or closures.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Cross-Selling &amp; Business Growth:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and pursue relevant cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Business Development/Account Management teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 +5 years of experience in project management, specifically in manpower or outsourced workforce projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven knowledge of payroll structure, cost control, and project financials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing government or private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP systems and automated documentation/reporting tools.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Solid documentation and project reporting capabilities
 </li>

 Familiarity with Saudi labor law and client contractual frameworks for manpower delivery
 </li>
