 What You&rsquo;ll Take On
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise and manage accounts payables accounting function across geographies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop team members by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Involved in month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities including preparing account reconciliations, T&amp;E Audits, journal entries, vendor onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound knowledge of Invoice processing, Vendor reconciliation, payment processing, PO &amp; Non-PO based invoicing, VAT/ GST/ Sales tax reconciliation &amp; VAT/ GST/ Sales tax files preparation/review.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for guiding the AP and GL teams on their transactions, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations &amp; various report preparations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the design and implementation of internal controls, process improvements &amp; process documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adherence to GAAP with respect to all accounting interpretations and applications. Work cross functionally and interact with all levels of management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present AP &amp; T&amp;E related KPIs to stakeholders.

 </ul>
 
 What You Bring
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 At least 10 years of AP experience with 5+ years of people manager experience with AP/GL Teams - Required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of AP, accounting standards, internal controls, and accounting processes &amp; procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience of having worked with international teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience on JDE / similar ERP is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to excellence and high standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be a positive, energetic team leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and foster cross functional relationships.
