This person will partner closely with our Director of SEO and collaborate with designers, PMs, and clients to build SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.This is not an execution-only role, we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can think holistically, dig deep into client industries, and tie recommendations back to business growth.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead keyword, competitor, and market research to inform strategy for B2B and SaaS clients.</li><li>Develop SEO roadmaps that connect organic growth opportunities to business and revenue goals.</li><li>Analyze analytics and attribution data to uncover performance gaps and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure SEO is embedded into website strategy.</li><li>Stay on top of SEO and AI-driven search developments, testing new approaches and tools.</li><li>Present insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForExperience: 3&ndash;5+ years in SEO strategy/research, ideally in B2B or SaaS contexts at an agency.Skills: Strong research, analysis, and strategy development; ability to connect SEO work to business outcomes.Communication: Clear communicator who can explain insights to non-SEO stakeholders.Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, proactive - someone who&rsquo;s testing new tools (including AI/LLMs) and staying ahead of industry shifts.Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (design, dev, PMs).Flexibility: Fully remote, with ability to overlap at least 3-5 hours per day with EST.Why Join Takeoff<ul><li>Work with a team that pairs design + SEO for maximum impact.</li><li>Collaborate on high-visibility projects for B2B SaaS and tech companies.</li><li>Fully remote, flexible schedule with global teammates.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving agency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearWork Location: Remote
