Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, and managing the candidate journey to ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent. As a key driver of our growth, your work will directly influence the success and scalability of our operations.
This role is perfect for someone eager to play a central role in shaping Taktile's organization. We are looking for a skilled recruiter who knows how to identify and attract top talent and who thrives in the fast-moving, competitive landscape of AI.
This role is based in our London office. We believe great recruiting is highly collaborative and relationship-driven, so we work together in person at least three days per week.
What You'll Do<ul><li>
Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of GTM roles, from role scoping with hiring managers through offer close, moving fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.</li><li>
Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and creative outreach to reach both active and passive candidates.</li><li>
Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not just an executor. That means shaping job requirements, challenging assumptions, and keeping searches on track when priorities shift.</li><li>
Deliver a standout candidate experience at every touchpoint: clear communication, timely feedback, and a process that reflects Taktile's values even when we're moving quickly.</li><li>
Leverage data to drive decisions. Track pipeline health, identify drop-off points, and share regular hiring funnel updates that lead to action, not just reporting.</li><li>
Act as a strong partner and domain expert to the organization. Collaborate closely with leaders to comprehend their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets. This person will be a senior partner to our leaders and shape our overall talent strategy.</li><li>

Required Experience<ul><li>
5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.</li><li>
Deep experience hiring across GTM functions- including Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, &amp; Marketing. You know how to read a strong GTM candidate and how to sell a compelling opportunity to them.</li><li>
Experience partnering with leaders throughout the recruiting process, acting as a strong hiring partner and trusted advisor.</li><li>
Actively using AI tools in your recruiting workflow- whether for sourcing, outreach personalization, candidate research, or pipeline management. You stay current with the evolving recruiter tech stack and bring a point of view on how AI can make hiring smarter and faster.</li><li>
Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite to streamline the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates.</li><li>

We're looking for an AI Enablement Lead to make this the reality at Taktile. This is a high-leverage, internal-facing operations role: you won't be building features for our customers, you'll be building the tools, integrations, and workflows that make every Taktilian faster and better at their job.
You'll be the first hire dedicated to this mission, working closely with team leads across the company to identify, build, and scale the AI workflows with the biggest impact. You'll be taking over a program that was set up internally and comes with support for infrastructure and agent-building. About the role
Taktile helps financial institutions make smarter, safer decisions with the power of AI.. Our Engineering and Product Design teams are building multiple verticals on our platform at high speed, leveraging AI and building agentic functionality into the platform itself. As we scale into the world's largest regulated financial institutions, identity and access management (IAM), authorization, and fine-grained permissions have become foundational to our enterprise readiness.
We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to join the team building Taktile's IAM and permissions platform: the authorization backbone that powers enterprise-grade access control across our product.
This is a genuinely full-stack role: you'll design and build permission models and access controls end-to-end, from the React/TypeScript access-management and admin UIs down to the Python (FastAPI) authorization services. You'll take on the problems that make enterprise authorization genuinely hard: multi-tenant isolation, fine-grained permission checks in the hot path of millions of decisions a day, audit and access trails, and the constraints of regulated financial services.
Backend development is a core requirement, and you'll own features end-to-end (front-end, backend, and operations over time).

What You'll Do<ul><li>
Design, build, and operate core authorization primitives such as roles, policies, and fine-grained permission checks (RBAC/ReBAC), along with the authentication and SSO/OAuth/OIDC flows that sit on top of them.</li><li>
Guarantee strict multi-tenant isolation so every customer's data and decisions stay fully segregated.</li><li>
Keep fine-grained permission checks fast in the hot path of millions of automated decisions per day, where both latency and correctness are non-negotiable.</li><li>
Build audit and access-trail capabilities that give customers and auditors a verifiable record of who accessed what, when, and why.</li><li>
Design for regulated-industry constraints (financial services, SOC 2 / ISO 27001, data residency), where access control is a compliance requirement, not just a feature.</li><li>
Leverage leading edge AI tools (e.g. Claude) on a daily basis to build industry-shaping AI-native capabilities.</li><li>
Work across the full stack to build our IAM, authorization, and permissions systems: front-end in React/TypeScript and backend in Python (FastAPI), on an AWS serverless architecture.</li><li>
Build and maintain these security-critical systems with care: review pull requests with depth and invest in strong test automation.</li><li>
Engage actively in team rituals such as daily syncs, planning sessions, demos, and technical deep-dive discussions.</li><li>

Must have:<ul><li>
5+ years of professional full-stack experience, including strong proficiency with React and TypeScript.</li><li>
Experience building access control systems, with exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (RBAC, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, multi-tenant permissions).</li><li>
Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for simplicity and precision.</li><li>
Professional experience building backend services in Python (FastAPI or equivalent), including REST APIs and databases.</li><li>
Experience integrating into AWS or similar cloud providers.</li><li>
A genuine interest in security and access control, with exposure to authentication and authorization concepts (RBAC, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, multi-tenant permissions).</li><li>
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential as we operate in a remote environment requiring clear and effective communication.</li></ul>
Nice to have:<ul><li>
Deeper backend specialization (async patterns, performance tuning, data modeling).</li><li>
DynamoDB or Postgres, SQLAlchemy.</li><li>
Hands-on experience designing authorization systems at scale: fine-grained / ReBAC models, policy engines (OpenFGA or Zanzibar-style systems, OPA), or multi-tenant RBAC for enterprise SaaS.</li><li>
