 Role Summary
In this role, you will be required to coordinate between operations and training teams on rider onboarding and termination, perform regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecast the supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels.
 What’s On Your Plate?
<ul>
<li>Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed</li>
<li>Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices</li>
<li>Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing</li>
<li>Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)</li>
<li>Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues</li>
<li>Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor</li>
<li>Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records</li>
<li>Coordinating equipment handover and collection as per Training and Operation team instructions</li>
<li>Addressing all 3PLs concerns and complaints</li>
<li>Document delivery and handover receipts</li>
<li>Keep track of all inventory and financial reports, and ensure proper communication to direct line manager</li>
</ul>

<li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or distribution.</li>

 What’s On Your Plate?

<li> Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.</li>
<li> Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.</li>
<li> Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.</li>
<li> Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements, priorities, and helping to translate these into actionable insights.</li>
<li> Analyzing trends in data and providing insight and explanation.</li>
<li> Form recommendations for business performance improvement projects</li>
<li> Lead business projects and project reports on a periodic basis</li>
</ul>

 What Did We Order?

<li> Bachelor's degree (Data Analysis is a plus).</li>
<li> 2-4 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst / Project Manager.</li>
<li> A problem solver with a deep analytical mindset;</li>
<li> A critical thinker, with very strong attention to detail</li>
<li> Project Management Skills</li>
<li> The ability to communicate complex findings to key stakeholders in a clear, simple way;)</li>
<li> Fluent English (written and spoken) (Arabic is a plus)</li>
<li> Good knowledge of Excel/GSheets and Looker/Tableau</li>
<li> A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity</li>
<li> Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills</li>
<li> Experience in working in a dynamic fast paced environment</li>
<li> Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately in tight deadlines</li>
