As an Executive Assistant (EA) at TalenTeam Pvt Ltd, you will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to manage day-to-day operations and support critical business activities. This is a remote-based role, requiring strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively coordinate across global teams. You will play a key role in handling executive-level administrative responsibilities such as managing communications, preparing business documents, organizing virtual and in-person events, and ensuring seamless operational support for the CEO. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled colleagues across multiple regions and make a direct impact on the efficiency and success of the leadership team.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for all professional and business-related matters for the CEO.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling, diary management, and prioritizing meetings.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), including visas, itineraries, and logistics.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare, edit, and format business documents, pitches, and PowerPoint presentations.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage executive communications &ndash; emails, reports, and correspondence.</li></ul><ul><li>Organize and support large, mid, and small-scale virtual and physical events (e.g., board meetings, training sessions, leadership offsites, and company socials).</li></ul><ul><li>Support with documentation, record-keeping, and filing for compliance and audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate across global teams to ensure smooth communication and project tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide operational and administrative support for ongoing business initiatives.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (minimum) or equivalent qualification.</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a global/remote environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, especially while working with C-suite executives and high-profile clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint, or similar).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, client-centric, and solution-oriented approach.</li></ul>About TalenTeam:Established in 2011, TalenTeam resells and consults on the SAP HCM technology, adding value through implementations, support and the software licence itself.
