The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing monthly budgets of &#8377;1 Cr+ and driving measurable ROI across channels.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Drive performance outcomes (ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversions, revenue growth).</li><li>Build and manage full-funnel campaigns across search, display, shopping, video, and paid social.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance daily, identify growth opportunities, and ensure budget efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with creative/content teams to align ad messaging with performance goals.</li><li>Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns</li><li>Stay ahead of digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging ad platforms.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
